							We’ve been using American Appliance Service for the last 5 years.  John’s repaired our dishwasher, washer, dryer, and refrigerator.  He is a true expert – his diagnoses and repairs have all been accurate and fairly priced.  With our washer, the problem was a faulty control panel which he could have replaced but he noticed that the pump seals were failing and would need replacing in the not too distant future.  Based on his recommendation,  we did not replace the control panel and instead put that spend toward a new washer.   John’s reliable – always comes on time – and friendly.   I highly recommend him.

							Our washer had a problem for quite some time and I had to hit it to get it ‘unstuck’ and eventually it just stopped altogether.  I made a call to American Appliance Service and Jon stopped by today and had the part needed in his vehicle and while I was busy keeping the cats away from him, he fixed it and was done in about 10 minutes.  I can finally do wash again at home!
