John with American Appliance did a great job. He was informative and accurately diagnosed the problem with our oven. The price was fair and he completed the job within an hour. We were pleased with the service we received and would certainly recommend them.

Grateful for the EXCEPTIONAL work done by John! Nothing more satisfying than seeing a repair person come to your home, diagnose the issue (in this case my Samsung dryer was not heating up), and immediately understand how to fix the problem. And best of all, John had the sensor on hand and was able to fix the problem with immediacy (vs. having to wait for the sensor to be ordered). Fantastic experience with repair of LG washing machine. Called promptly after leaving a request on the web site. Showed up at the scheduled time. He had the needed part in hand and quickly repaired the issue at a cost over $100 lower than the LG flat rate repair.

Cannot say enough about Jon and American Appliance. Called on a weekend and he was here within hours and had our washing machine issue diagnosed and back up and running within 30-45 minutes temporarily while he got us the replacement part we needed for our permanent fix.

Two days later he was back with the new part and just as fast and efficient he replaced it and now it’s running great. And at a great price!!

He also assessed and diagnosed a balance issue and resolved at no additional cost to us. Would not go anywhere else at this point for appliance servicing. Thank you Jon and American Appliance!!

Just had my oven serviced by American Appliance Service and I can't say enough about the entire experience. They are truly consummate professionals, from the initial contact to the end of the job. They are prompt, very knowledgeable and quite reasonably priced. John diagnosed the problem on my 30 year old oven before I told him the issues I was having. He ordered the part came back on time as promised and finished the job. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repairs you might need. No BS just good old fashioned experience and knowledge.

Amazing service. Called at 5:30 to request a service appt because my oven was no longer heating. Received a return call within 30 minutes and an appt window for the next day. John called 10 minutes before arriving. He took apart my oven and figured out the issue. He was here for an hour and fixed my oven! Reasonable price and great service.

First rate, old school service!!! I was given a two-hour service call window and John arrived within the first fifteen minutes of that window. I received professional, courteous service. Had John out about ~6 weeks ago when our GE Cafe fridge starting making a constant loud noise. John was able to get out to us quickly, diagnosed it as problem with a fan, and helped get us back to working order quickly. We've been using American Appliance Service for the last 5 years. John's repaired our dishwasher, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. He is a true expert - his diagnoses and repairs have all been accurate and fairly priced. With our washer, the problem was a faulty control panel which he could have replaced but he noticed that the pump seals were failing and would need replacing in the not too distant future. Based on his recommendation, we did not replace the control panel and instead put that spend toward a new washer. John's reliable - always comes on time - and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Our washer had a problem for quite some time and I had to hit it to get it 'unstuck' and eventually it just stopped altogether. I made a call to American Appliance Service and Jon stopped by today and had the part needed in his vehicle and while I was busy keeping the cats away from him, he fixed it and was done in about 10 minutes. I can finally do wash again at home!

We have used American Appliance NJ on three occasions now and Jon has been amazing each time. He fixed our washer/dryer combo and our oven. On the third visit to repair the water dispenser on our refrigerator, he gave us instructions on how to repair it ourselves, and didn't charge us for the visit! Wow! We will definitely be using American Appliance in the future and referring them to friends.

I called American Appliance Service to repair my 12 year old refrigerator icemaker. They were easy to schedule and they kept in touch the morning of the scheudled day to let me know that they might be 1 hour late. Yet it only was 15 minutes later than the original window. John arrived, covered his shoes upon entering the house and went to work. After determining that we needed a replacement icemaker, he had the part with him and it was installed quickly. The bill was resonable ( for today's costs) and I now have ice.

One of my washer’s inlet valves was failing open even if I unplugged the machine which left me vulnerable to flooding if left unattended. I called on Tuesday because I saw so many great reviews which I always check. John came Tuesday afternoon, figured out what was needed, and I asked for a few other things like new hoses and a longer gas line so the dryer could be moved to where I wanted it to be as well. He came the next day, and it was all done, and I was back in business with being able to do laundry without fear of flooding. The price was very fair, and it was a great experience. I am a very picky guy when it comes to quality of workmanship and John is the best! You won’t be disappointed.
