Fast efficient service.. Dishwasher up and running and I learned a thing or 2. Reasonably priced, I looked around..

We've been using American Appliance Service for the last 5 years. John's repaired our dishwasher, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. He is a true expert - his diagnoses and repairs have all been accurate and fairly priced. With our washer, the problem was a faulty control panel which he could have replaced but he noticed that the pump seals were failing and would need replacing in the not too distant future. Based on his recommendation, we did not replace the control panel and instead put that spend toward a new washer. John's reliable - always comes on time - and friendly. I highly recommend him.

From start to finish, American Alliance did a terrific job! Getting an appointment was easy. John showed up on time, was super nice, fixed my dryer, and explained several valuables details that will make my dryer function more efficiently. Couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you!

Our washer had a problem for quite some time and I had to hit it to get it 'unstuck' and eventually it just stopped altogether. I made a call to American Appliance Service and Jon stopped by today and had the part needed in his vehicle and while I was busy keeping the cats away from him, he fixed it and was done in about 10 minutes. I can finally do wash again at home!

Our aging Viking oven was taking much too much time to preheat. John from American Appliance stopped by - he immediately knew exactly what the trouble was, explained to us the fix, did the fix, and the oven works like new! Very knowledgeable.

We have used American Appliance NJ on three occasions now and Jon has been amazing each time. He fixed our washer/dryer combo and our oven. On the third visit to repair the water dispenser on our refrigerator, he gave us instructions on how to repair it ourselves, and didn't charge us for the visit! Wow! We will definitely be using American Appliance in the future and referring them to friends.

I called American Appliance Service to repair my 12 year old refrigerator icemaker. They were easy to schedule and they kept in touch the morning of the scheudled day to let me know that they might be 1 hour late. Yet it only was 15 minutes later than the original window. John arrived, covered his shoes upon entering the house and went to work. After determining that we needed a replacement icemaker, he had the part with him and it was installed quickly. The bill was resonable ( for today's costs) and I now have ice.

Great service and quick too. Called yesterday afternoon and John was here the next day. Explained everything to us and gave us the price right away. No pressure at all. We highly recommend American Appliance Service. Thank you John!

One of my washer’s inlet valves was failing open even if I unplugged the machine which left me vulnerable to flooding if left unattended. I called on Tuesday because I saw so many great reviews which I always check. John came Tuesday afternoon, figured out what was needed, and I asked for a few other things like new hoses and a longer gas line so the dryer could be moved to where I wanted it to be as well. He came the next day, and it was all done, and I was back in business with being able to do laundry without fear of flooding. The price was very fair, and it was a great experience. I am a very picky guy when it comes to quality of workmanship and John is the best! You won’t be disappointed.

I was extremely satisfied with the service of American Appliance Service. John took the time to properly diagnose the problem with my oven, though it wasn't an easy job. His knowledge, expertise and integrity are incredible. Though I rarely write reviews, I made an exception this time due to the high level of satisfaction and appreciation, I felt obligated to share the experience with others so they can receive the same positive service if and when their appliance acts up.

Really professional and family owned business. Walter and John always find time to respond quickly. Several times used them to repair washer and refrigerator, so far no complaints on their work.

Jon was very professional and amicable! I called to repair one of my electric stovetop burners. He arrived the same day and luckily had the part on hand! Within the half hour the burner was fixed. Highly recommend!

This service was great. I called and they came same day. They replaced the belt on the machine same day and the repair took 5 minutes and cost around $170 in total. I would recommend them for your appliance repair needs.

Excellent Service! Put in a request for service on a Wednesday night - after 9pm - received a call back promptly at 9am the following morning - scheduled the fix and dryer was up and running by Noon on Friday. Local knowledge and expertise makes all the difference.

So glad I scheduled American Appliance! They came right on time and got our refrigerator temperature-maintenance issues sorted out at minimal service call cost. Their technician was very knowledgeable about our Frigidaire model and showed me and clearly explained exactly what had gone wrong, why we had accumulated frost in a critical air passage, and why our attempts to adjust the temperature settings had produced the opposite of the intended effect. He got it all cleared out, and now we have a fridge that's functioning as it should. Keeping their card and will be sure to call AA next time we have any appliance issue. Highly recommend.

John showed up in a timely manner prepared to diagnose our stove top issues. He completed the repairs and provided helpful guidance on future maintenance. He was both professional and friendly making me eager to recommend his service to friends and family alike. The office staff was initially exceptionally helpful and courteous in scheduling our service call. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone in need of honest and trustworthy service in their home.

I've used this company several times and they are the best. John is knowledgeable and pleasant and the prices are fair. I've never had to wait long for him to come out. Jon’ s service was great! Maytag dishwasher leak. We didn’t know what was wrong, we just knew there was a leak. Maytag lower rack wheels changed and bracket added to secure the dishwasher. But Jon noticed cutting board was too high and that we should sit on its side and there were large knives on the utensil holder and large spatulas that may have obstructed the spinner. Solution for that is to hand wash those or lay them on the top rack.

John is exceptional. Fast service, same day, and very professional. He tells it like it is and looks out for your interest. Had John look at a gas dryer and he could have just swapped the part. But he showed me that the dryer had prior damage (sat in water) and the level of damage was to a point where it wasn’t worth doing any more work. Before he left he also gave me some tips on home repairs and things to look out for. Will definitely be calling again if I need help.

Very well. Our repairman from American Appliance got to the source of the refrigerator malfunction quickly, he explained everything in detail, and after ordering the part we needed came in on a Saturday to complete the repair, all with professionalism and courtesy.
